Yes. We build new pools and refurbish existing ones, including re-lining, coping and the surrounding terrace. You can see several of them in the projects above.
We can tell you which municipal licence or declaración responsable the work is likely to need and help with the paperwork. Obtaining the permit remains the property owner's responsibility.
In many renovations, yes. Work is organised by areas, adjoining rooms are protected and the site is tidied at the end of each day.
Payment terms are agreed in the quotation, usually in stages linked to the progress of the work, with an invoice for every payment.
